| Description: | Restores the method used to calculate a member's average final compensation. Allows the salary of ERS administrator to be set by the board, provided that the salary does not exceed that of the Governor. Allows for computation of ERS allowances effective the first day of a month or last day of the year for elective officers and judges who have attained the 75 per cent benefit limitation. Clarifies payments relating to the beneficiaries of deceased retirees. (CD1) |
