Received message numbers 160 to 162 proposing changes to H.B. No. 200, the State Budget:

Message No. 160, dated January 30, 2003, includes operating budget adjustments for the following departments and agencies: Departments of Budget and Finance, Defense, Hawaiian Home Lands, Human Resources Development, and Taxation, the Office of the Governor, and the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.

Message No. 161, dated January 31, 2003, includes operating budget adjustments to the Departments of Agriculture, Attorney General, Business Economic Development and Tourism, and Human Services. Also included are capital improvement project adjustments for the Departments of Accounting and General Services, Agriculture, Defense, Land and Natural Resources, Public Safety, Transportation, and the University of Hawaii.

Message No. 162, dated February 4, 2003, includes operating budget adjustments to the Departments of Accounting and General Services, Labor and Industrial Relations, Land and Natural Resources, and Public Safety, and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Also included are corrections to inadvertent errors in previous messages relating to the operating budget for the Office of the Governor and the capital improvements project budget for the University of Hawaii.
