The following bill is being deleted from the Friday agenda.

SB 324	RELATING TO VEHICLE SALVAGE. Establishes titling standards and procedures for passenger motor vehicles, including specific titles for salvaged vehicles, nonrepairable vehicles, and flood damaged vehicles; establishes disclosure and labeling requirements for transfers of rebuilt salvage vehicles; establishes civil penalties for violation of titling requirements; authorizes attorney general to enforce titling requirements and to recover damages.
