Measure Title: RELATING TO AQUATIC RESOURCES.
Report Title: Aquatic Resources; DLNR Management; Possession and Use of Chemical and Electrofishing Devices
Description: Expands DLNR's authority to possess or use chemicals and electrofishing devices that would normally be unlawful, when no other reasonable alternative is appropriate; expands DLNR's authority to permit non-consumptive activities that are otherwise prohibited by law; and clarifies that permits issued for chemicals and electrofishing devices include possession or use of such devices.
