Measure Title: RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

Description: Provides that if a firefighter who suffers from a serviceconnected disability and is permanently medically disqualified continues public service in any position other than a firefighter, the member's retirement allowance shall be two and one-half per cent of the member's average final compensation for each year of credited service as a firefighter.
