Measure Title: RELATING TO CAMPAIGN SPENDING.
Report Title: Campaign Spending; Contribution Limits; Contractors and Labor Organizations; PACS
Description: Limits aggregate contributions by any person or entity to not more than $25,000 in any calendar year; repeals limits on number of fundraisers. Limits family and personal funds contribution in the aggregate to $25,000. Disallows contributions made by contractors to candidates for executive office. Disallows contributions made directly to candidates from labor organizations. Allows contributions through separate segregated funds for greater accountability. Increases penalties for falsification of campaign contribution report by more than $50,000. (SD2)
