Report Title: Geothermal-to-Hydrogen Tax Credit
Description: Provides for a tax credit of 20 percent of the total cost of the geothermal-to-hydrogen system erected or placed in service after December 31, 2002, and before January 1, 2011 that have an unspecified nameplate capacity. Clarifies that hydrogen can be liquid or gas and that at least 50% of the net energy out must be dedicated to producing hydrogen. (HB2236 HD1)
