Measure Title: RELATING TO THE WHISTLEBLOWERS' PROTECTION ACT.
Report Title: Whistleblowers' Protection Act
Description: Increases the penalty for violations of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act by establishing a minimum fine of $500 and increasing the maximum fine to $5,000 per violation. Extends the statute of limitations for bringing a complaint of retaliation under the Act to 2 years. (HB2232 HD1)
