Report Title: Tobacco; DOH Regulation
Description: Authorizes DOH to obtain annual reports from tobacco manufacturers regarding added constituents and nicotine in tobacco products and make those reports public. Requires DOH to investigate public health risks associated with exposure to added constituents and nicotine. Provides DOH with authority to develop standards for manufacturers to reduce risks associated with exposure to added constituents and nicotine. Removes tobacco and tobacco products from the definition of "consumer commodity." (HB2219 HD1)
