A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

RELATING TO CONCESSIONS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 15, Third Special Session Laws of Hawaii 2001, is amended by amending section 13 to read as follows:

"SECTION 13. This Act shall take effect upon its approval and shall be repealed on [April 30, 2002.] ____________."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 3003.
