A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the molokai irrigation system.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 259, Session Laws of Hawaii 2001, is amended by amending section 91, item A. 3., to read as follows:
"3. MOLOKAI IRRIGATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, MOLOKAI
[PLANS FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF NEW
SOURCES FOR THE MOLOKAI IRRIGATION
SYSTEM, IMPROVEMENTS TO ADDRESS LONG-
TERM NEEDS, AND EXPANSION.

MOLOKAI IRRIGATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IRRIGATION INFRASTRUCTURE
AND EQUIPMENT.

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect retroactive to July 1, 2001.
