HOUSE CONCURRENT

RESOLUTION

 

RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2002.

 

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2002, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2002 are hereby determined to be the 21^st, 22^nd, 25^th, 26^th, and 27^th days of February, 2002, on which dates the Regular Session of 2002 shall be recessed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, the dates of the recesses, other than the dates of the mandatory recess, for the Regular Session of 2002 are hereby determined to be the 24^th of January, the 4^th and 6^th days of March, the 8^th, 10^th, 16^th, and 29^th days of April, and the 1^st day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2002 shall be recessed.
