A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

RELATING TO AMENDMENTS TO ACT 253, SESSION LAWS OF HAWAII 2000.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 253, session Laws of Hawaii 2000, is amended by amending section 124 to read as follows:

"SECTION 124. This part shall be repealed on June 30, [2002.] 2008."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
