A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

relating to government.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, any amounts collected by a special and revolving fund in excess of the amount appropriated by the legislature shall lapse to the general fund annually on June 30.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval and shall be repealed on July 1, 2005.
