A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

RELATING TO Traffic enforcement.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Act 234, Session Laws 1998, is amended by adding a new section to read as follows:

"SECTION 28A. This project shall apply only to counties with populations over 500,000."

SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
