Report Title: Residential Leaseholds; Reimbursement of Costs
Description: Limits the liability of lessees who fail to purchase the leased fee interest from HCDCH to the prorated share of the direct costs of acquisition. Authorizes use of the Fee Simple Residential Revolving Fund for indirect costs. Requires interest earned on lessees' deposits to accrue to lessees.(SD1)
