Description: Appropriates state matching funds of $47,177 for fiscal year 2001-2002 to develop, implement, and maintain a sentencing simulation model in the State. Allows the governor to contract for private sector operation of correctional facilities. Establishes criteria necessary for an acceptable contract for privatized operation of a correctional facility.
