Description: Requires an estimate of maximum residential hurricane insurer loss in event of a 100 year hurricane, and Insurance Division access to the estimate and insurer premium, coverage limit, capitalization, and reinsurance information. Authorizes further examination and supervisory proceedings by Commissioner if warranted to ensure financial health of hurricane insurer. (SB1067 HD1)
