Description: Establishes the Antitrust and Consumer Protection Trust Fund. Authorizes the deposit of 10 per cent of all antitrust judgments and settlements received by the State into the Trust Fund. And authorizes the deposit of up to $150,000 from the Attorney General's general fund appropriation to capitalize the Trust Fund.
