Requires licensing of independent clinical social workers; protects practice of independent clinical social work; protects title of licensed clinical social workers and clinical social workers; creates board; establishes license application requirements; requires continuing education before renewal of license; exempts employed clinical social worker employed by federal, state, or county government.
