Report Title: Small Boat Harbor Leasing

Description: Authorizes the BLNR to lease by public auction or direct negotiation Ala Wai and Keehi small boat harbors for redevelopment, management, and operation by private firms. Provides for the orderly transition from state operation, management, and control to private management and operation. Provides job security for state employees presently assigned to those locations.
