Report Title: Registered Nurses; Staffing

Description: Prohibits unlicensed personnel from performing certain acts in hospitals, even under supervision of registered nurses. Sets certain nurse to patient ratios in hospitals. Sets additional staffing requirements. Allows waivers for rural general acute care hospitals under certain conditions.
