Report Title: Graffiti Disclosure

Description: Persons under age 21 convicted of the act of graffiti and who do not have a drivers license shall not be allowed to obtain one for at least one year or until age 21, whichever is greater. If a person under 21 already has a license, the license will be suspended for one year or until age 21, whichever is greater. (SD1)
