Report Title: Visitation; Domestic Violence

Description: Requires the family court, if awarding custody or visitation to a parent with a history of domestic violence or habitually using drugs or alcohol, to state the reason for doing so on the record, and to stipulate the time, day, place, and manner of transfer of the child.
