Description: Establishes resident advisory boards in federal public housing. Allows a person who resides in federal low rent public housing or tenant-based section 8 housing assisted by the corporation to serve on the HCDC Board to comply with federal law. Allows a person who resides in state low rent public housing assisted by the corporation to serve on the HCDC Board. (HB2431 HD1)
