Report Title: Construction Waste; Recycling

Description: Establishes an income tax credit for a percentage of the costs of recycling construction and demolition waste, including trucking and transportation costs and recycling processor fees. Exempts from the general excise tax the gross proceeds received from the sale of recycled construction material.
