Report Title: Pesticide Revolving Fund

Description: Removes the limit on the Pesticides Revolving Fund so that it does not have to be amended each time the Department of Agriculture wants an increase or decrease in the fund ceiling, and expands the uses thereof. (HB1629 HD1)
