SSCR 2584     Prohibits discrimination in athletics on  the  basis of sex in any

              OF A TAX REVIEW COMMISSION EVERY TEN YEARS.

SSCR 2942     Prohibits farming operations  from  being  declared a nuisance for
              any reason if the  farming  operations  are  conducted in a manner

              telephone number of the towing business.

SSCR 2667     DRIVER'S LICENSES.
              Amends the law relating  to  administrative revocation of driver's
              licenses to include revocation  of all motor vehicle registrations
              issued to a driver who has  been convicted of a previous violation
              of  driving  under  the   influence   of  intoxicating  liquor  or
              habitually driving under the influence of liquor or drugs.

SSCR 2100     Allows the  BLNR  to  lease,  by  direct  negotiation  and without
              recourse to public auction, state submerged lands or lands beneath
              tidal waters for private  residential noncommercial piers.  Allows
              the BLNR to lease these  lands for noncommercial piers without the
              approval of the governor and the legislature.
SB 2911       RELATING TO BOATING SPECIAL FUND.                          OMR,FIN
SSCR 2772     Clarifies that the assessment from the Boating Special Fund due to
              the General Fund for central  service  expenses will be limited to
              5% of revenues net of debt service.

              to purchase the development  if  the  owner of the development has
              not given notice  to  sell  prior  to  July  1, 2000.  Establishes
              additional requirements  for  the  HCDCH  for  Section  8 assisted
              housing subsidies.

SSCR 2706     Creates statewide resident advisory  board  and adds positions for
              tenant representatives on the  board  of the housing and community
              development corporation of Hawaii.
SB 2598, SD2  RELATING TO HOUSING.                                       HSH,FIN
SSCR 2707     Authorizes $___ in G.O.  bonds  and  appropriates  this sum to the
              Rental  Housing  Trust  Fund   and  imposes  certain  requirement.
              Establishes the Housing  and  Community Development Corporation of
              Hawaii as a mortgage lender under the Hula Mae program in order to
              provide refinancing to Hawaii residents.

              unspecified appropriations for the study and JLC expenses.
