Report Title: Youth Services Master Plan

Description: Establishes, within the office of the governor for administrative purposes, a temporary task force to develop a master plan for the office of youth services (OYS). Requires the auditor to conduct a management and program audit of all operations of the OYS. Sunsets the task force on 6/30/2001.
