Report Title: Agricultural Parks

Description: Allows trusts and limited liability companies as applicants for agricultural park leases. Allows present lessees to transfer their lease to a revocable living trust or other entity which meets the qualification of an applicant under the chapter, provided that the transfer is otherwise in compliance with the rules adopted by the board. (HB981 HD1)
