Report Title: Motor Vehicle Contracts

Description: Allows buyers of new or used motor vehicles to cancel their sales contract at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date on which the buyer signs the contract, provided the buyer has not taken physical possession of the motor vehicle or traded in a motor vehicle. Includes a written statement in the sales contract notifying buyers to their right of cancellation. Also includes other provisions relating to the sales contracts of motor vehicles.
