Report Title: Foster Boards

Description: Extends foster board allowances to persons up to age 21 at the rate of fifty per cent of foster board rates for meals and shelter only. Imposes a two year cap on the extension. Provides that the allocation may be used in transitional programs. (HB543 HD1)
