Report Title: County Assessment Districts

Description: Provides that counties may establish by ordinance, supplemental maintenance, safety, or security services assessment districts. Exempts boards or associations created pursuant to the establishment of the assessment districts from the public procurement code. Sets time limits on the initiation of actions disputing the establishment and administration of the assessment districts.
