Senate Budget Worksheets
The Senate's final conference worksheets for the Executive, Judiciary, and OHA budgets reflect the amounts appropriated in each program ID for FY 2000 and FY 2001. They are intended to provide guidance to the respective branch or executive agency on legislative intent for program expenditures.Worksheet entries generally include the original Executive, Judiciary, or OHA funding request (i.e., "Executive Request" or "Executive Budget Prep"), a description of the request, and explanation of the legislative action taken on each request. Legislative adjustments or additions are identified in separate sequences.
Worksheet entries do not cover all expenditures for the various branches or executive agencies. Existing program expenditures are considered part of the "base" budget, and are not explained in the final conference worksheets. For information on base budget program expenditures, please refer to 1999 Ways and Means Committee budget testimonies.
