As the CPS appropriations bill is moving on to the legislative finance committees (House Finance and Senate Ways and Means), the CPS Roundtable, on the advice of the Department of Human Services needs to meet in order to prioritize the number of appropriations contained in the bill.

Senator Chun Oakland called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. in conference room 329.

Agenda:

The following bills were discussed: CPS Penal Code Bill, CPS Appropriations Bill and the CPS Omnibus Bill. A rough draft of the CPS Roundtable Resolution was also discussed.

Claire Woods, Executive Director of the Salvation Army Family Treatment Services discussed and distributed handouts regarding services for chemically dependent families.
