SB 606     RELATING TO DANGEROUS WEAPONS                      JDC
        Makes it a class C felony to knowingly or
        intentionally sell or transfer any deadly weapon or a
        switchblade knife to a minor

SB 607     RELATING TO FIREARMS                               JDC
        Repeals prohibition for non-resident aliens to bring
        firearms into the State under certain conditions

SB 616     RELATING TO PROSTITUTION                           JDC
        Provides a civil cause of action for damages to
        persons injured as a result of being coerced into
        prostitution

SB 617     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PROSTITUTION      JDC, WAM
        INTERVENTION SERVICES
        Appropriates funds to support prostitution
        intervention services

SB 618     RELATING TO PATHOLOGICAL INTOXICATION              JDC
        Limits pathological intoxication to intoxication that
        is caused by the introduction, into the body, of
        alcohol or of legal drugs pursuant to medical advice
        or prescription

SB 619     RELATING TO PENAL RESPONSIBILITY                   JDC
        Amends definition of "physical or mental disease,
        disorder, or defect" to exclude abnormalities that are
        attributable to the voluntary ingestion of alcohol or
        any other psychoactive substance

testimony to the committee clerk, Room 227, State Capitol, 24
hours prior to the hearing. Testimony may also be faxed if less
than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at
586-6659 or 1-800-586-6659 (toll free for neighbor islands), at
least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  When faxing, please
indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and
time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for
submittal.

to participate in the public hearing process (i.e., sign language
interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for
