SB 600         RELATING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE                         JDC, WAM
           Mandates substance  abuse  assessment  or treatment
           for offenders under  the  custody of the Department
           of Public Safety

SB 601         RELATING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE                         JDC, WAM
           Establishes a substance abuse policy council within
           the office  of  the  governor  to develop statewide
           policy   regarding   education,   prevention,   and
           treatment programs

SB 602         RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY                           JDC, WAM
           Transfers the rights, powers, functions, and duties
           of personnel assigned  to the parole administration
           division of the  Hawaii  paroling  authority to the
           department of public safety

SB 603         MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE KASHBOX             JDC, WAM
            PROGRAM
           Appropriates   funds   to   continue   the  KASHBOX
           substance abuse treatment program

SB 604         RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES                   JDC, WAM
           Allows   the   administrator   of   the   narcotics
           enforcement division to  share information from the
           electronic prescription  accountability system with
           "dispensers"

SB 1017        RELATING TO STATUTORY REVISION: AMENDING,                JDC
           REENACTING, OR REPEALING  VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE
           HAWAII REVISED  STATUTES  AND  THE  SESSION LAWS OF
           HAWAII FOR  THE  PURPOSE  OF  CORRECTING ERRORS AND
           REFERENCES,  CLARIFYING   LANGUAGE,   AND  DELETING
           OBSOLETE OR UNNECESSARY PROVISIONS
