SB 1127    RELATING TO INSURANCE                              CPN,WAM
           Establishes the health insurance revolving fund for
           the purpose of  providing  a  means  to pay for the
           costs of regulating health insurance.  

SB 1129    RELATING TO INSURANCE                              CPN,WAM
           Mandates continuing  education  for general agents,
           subagents, solicitors,  designated representatives,
           and nonresident agents in the State of Hawaii.

SB 1260    RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE                    CPN
           Deems motor vehicle  insurance  coverage to recover
           damages from  owners  or  operators of underinsured
           motor  vehicles  and   personal  injury  protection
           benefits not  applicable  where  the injured person
           was engaged in criminal conduct  at the time of the
           injury warranting damages.

SB 364     RELATING TO TAXATION                               CPN,WAM
           Includes within  general  excise  tax exemption for
           insurance  companies'   gross   proceeds,  proceeds
           received   by    corporate    attorney-in-fact   in
           connection with  administrative functions performed
           on behalf of reciprocal insurers.
