The purpose of this informational briefing is to gather information relating to the potential impacts on the community and the State Foundation on Culture & the Arts, arising from the significant reduction in staffing and the consequent reduction in service as the result of Governor Linda Lingle's announced implementation of Reduction in Force (RIF).
