RELATING TO FIXED GUIDEWAY STATION ENTERPRISE ZONES. Creates enterprise zones within a half-mile radius of stations of a fixed guideway system on Oahu. Grants various tax concessions relating to enterprise zones to qualified businesses, including new construction of affordable housing within those zones.
