RELATING TO INFORMATION. Requires public or private entities responsible for the inadvertent, unauthorized disclosure of personal financial information to pay for access to credit reports for at least 1 year.

RELATING TO SCRAP DEALERS. Transfers license issuance and enforcement duties regarding scrap dealers from counties to the Department of the Attorney General. Establishes penalties for failure to obtain a scrap dealer license, and to obtain identification and written statements from sellers regarding ownership of scrap. Exempts currently licensed scrap dealers for 180 days after effective date. Appropriates funds.
