Measure Title: RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF PLANNING.
Report Title: Land and State Planning; DBEDT
Description: Clarifies that the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism has sole jurisdiction over land use and state planning functions and that the Office of Planning shall report to DBEDT and no other executive department. Requires that the Director of the Office of Planning be appointed with the advice and consent of the Senate. (CD1)
