Report Title: Nuisance Abatement
Description: Clarifies the standard of proof in a nuisance abatement suit is preponderance of the evidence. Authorizes the court to issue a protective order authorizing the nondisclosure of the identity of witnesses upon a showing of prior threats or acts of violence. Allows a court to order the suspension or revocation of a business, professional, or operational license to abate a nuisance. (CD1)
