RELATING TO SMALL BUSINESS. Amends the definition of "small business" to mean an enterprise with fewer than one hundred employees; allows the small business regulatory review board (Review Board) to nominate replacement board members; allows the Review Board to elect the chairperson of the board; and removes the requirement that members of the Review Board come from size-defined businesses.
