RELATING TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

Repeals the June 30, 2002 sunset date of the law authorizing the establishment of the Air Carrier Commission. Repeals the June 30, 1993, collateral deposit deadline for loan guarantees. (SD2)

RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.

Repeals the requirement that the registered, but not legal owner of a vehicle being shipped interisland, provide the carrier with the legal owner's written consent. Requires the carrier to maintain records of the vehicle's shipment, including the vehicle's identification number, for a minimum of three years. (SD3)
