RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES.

RELATING TO VEHICLE REGISTRATION.

RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSES.

Authorizes the examiner of drivers to examine applicants whose instruction permits have expired without requiring an additional 90-day period if they have received a new permit within 30 days of the expiration of their previous permit. (Kawamoto)
