Allows public employers to access any of their employee's state owned computers for any work-related reason.

PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE III, SECTION 7, OF THE HAWAII CONSTITUTION, TO REPEAL A PROVISION RELATING TO LEGISLATIVE PRIVILEGE.

Amends the Hawaii constitution to repeal the provision that exempts legislators from arrest in all cases, except for felony or breach of the peace, during their attendance at the sessions of their respective houses, and in going to and returning from the sessions.

RELATING TO ELECTED OFFICIALS.

Provides that if an elected official is convicted of a crime that disqualifies that person from office, the date by which they shall step down is the date of conviction, not date of sentencing.

Provides for forfeiture of service time for benefits as an elected official for all elected officials.
