RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT. Requires successor employers to retain at least 50 percent of incumbent nonsupervisory employees upon the divestiture, sale, or acquisition of a business.

RELATING TO PENSION AND RETIREMENT SYSTEMS. Provides that if a firefighter retires because of a service-connected disability and subsequently returns to service in any position other than a firefighter, the member's retirement allowance shall be two and one-half per cent of the member's average final compensation for each year of credited service as a firefighter.
