RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.

Amends the whistleblowers' protection act by expanding protected activities, extending the limitations period, and increasing fines.

RELATING TO LEAVES OF ABSENCE.

Authorizes expansion of public employees leave sharing program to include the sharing of accumulated compensatory time credits.

RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION.

Deems time spent receiving treatment for an industrial injury as a period of temporary partial disability.
