Requires successor employers to retain incumbent employees upon the divestiture, sale, or acquisition of a business.

Voids restrictive covenants or agreements between employees and employers in cases where the employee is or will be engaged in or employed by a technology business.

RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUM CONTRIBUTIONS.

Provides direct temporary economic relief for a period of two years by allowing private employers the flexibility to implement up to a 60/40 cost sharing for their employees’ health insurance premiums. Sets the maximum employee contribution at forty per cent of the total premium.
